WiredReach for Personal Use

The first wave of the Internet was about e-services - commerce, news, portals. We believe the second wave, which is already upon us, will be about i-services: Individual Content Publishing. Blogging and the digital photo revolution are perfect examples of such services that have taken off in a big way.

There are 2 main challenges people face when sharing and managing digital content:

  1. People have an almost insatiable appetite for digital content - pictures, movies, music. Services like GMail are a major advancement in online storage but its 1Gb of storage still pales in comparison to what we have grown accustomed to having on our desktops.
  2. People tend to share content within well-defined contexts with a well-defined group of people. Not all content can and should be put up on public websites, for instance.

WiredReach allows you to selectively share your digital content with other individuals or groups without any storage restrictions. You decide what you share and with whom.

Share almost anything
You can share pretty much anything worth sharing - contacts, relationships (who knows who), files, presence, blogs, photos, video clips...the list goes on... We obviously cannot support every conceivable content type from day one but since the WiredReach is designed for extensibility, new content types (and content providers) can easily be plugged-in over time.

Multiple sharing models
You can share content with other individuals in your trusted user network, or with groups you create made up of people in your extended social network (up to 3 degrees).

Automatic backups and synchronization
Backups are something we all need to do but never find the time. WiredReach can automatically backup and synchronize your digital content across several machines protecting your investment.
